Quaint eatery in landmark quarters offering bistro classics, cocktails & seasonal live music.
My favorite place to eat on Main Street! Best potato soup, delicious appetizers, and don't miss the strawberry lemonade! The patio is dog friendly and well shaded.

Quaint, cozy cafe with a good menu of sandwiches, salads, flatbread pizza and pasta. The smallness of the space lends to the ambiance of intimacy; the food was good and the waitstaff friendly and attentive. Don't leave without having dessert (or skip your meal and have dessert instead!). I recommend the chocolate fudge brownie or the cherry crepe. I recently ate on the patio -- wonderful!

Our service was amazing. Felt great on a cool, crisp day to sit on the beautiful patio near the fire. The orange spice tea is excellent. The baked potato soup is the best. The BLT is loaded with bacon. The Brie cheese was so good. Everything was so authentic, great prices and such a beautiful location.

Maybe it was an off night, but we waited over an hour for sandwiches and soup that were cold (even though the description said “served warm.” Inside the kitchen it seemed to be mostly teenagers and/or young adults prepping the food. Servers were apologetic but very obviously stressed. Not a good experience.

Stinky bathroom and the potatoe soup that was supposed to be what they're known for wasn't very good. It was kinda sour. The service was great, though. I really liked the spinach, artichoke dip. I would come back just for that dip!

Burgers, sandwiches, American entrees & craft beers served in a historic building with pool tables.
We had a wonderful experience at Big A’s. Our server was very friendly and gave us some great recommendations. We both enjoyed our food and the prices were very reasonable. The Reuben wasn’t greasy like I find it often is at other places. We really enjoyed the Hot Bacon made in house. If you go the very back of the building you can see the river. I also enjoyed the selection of local beers on tap.

Fun place! And their food is great. I had their spinach chicken balsamic wrap with hot bacon dressing OMG it's so good!! And they put Mexican spices on top of their cottage cheese. I'm even doing that at home with a packet of Stevia since I like hot & sweet. This was our 2nd visit, and we will return. Even my 90 year old parents loved it here.

We popped in for lunch and loved it! Great service. Full bar with lots of tvs. Great menu with traditional bar food. Pizza was excellent medium to thin crust with mozzarella cheese and the right amount of sauce. Saw their burger, philly and roast beef come out of the kitchen and it all looked great. Prices are fair and portions were ample. Would definitely go back.

The food was good here... I love the environment as well. It was in a very beautiful town.. Loved it. Sadly it was late so I forgot to take a pic of the place and food as we had to get out quickly

Only salads for veggie options! And they're terrible! Don't put salads on the menu if you're not going to do it right. I was extremely dissatisfied & frustrated with my experience here. I came on a Sunday day. I ordered the spinach salad, add extra lettuce. What came was chopped up white lettuce with some of the 'spinach salad' ingredients. My server had got it wrong. The server then brought me the ingredients of a salad. A dumped bag of spinach on the plate, huge chunks of cucumber, tomato lined on the side, a 1/4cup of pizza mozzarella cheese to the side & dressing to the side. 😱😢 I had to pick out molding, wet & wilted spinach, de stem the remaining spinach. The mozzarella was awful it's clearly pizza cheese or something, it was not any kind of mozz that should go on a salad. I wasn't even able to dress the thing well because it was served to me on a plate. I never asked for dressing on the side either. This was both the kitchen and the servers responsibility. She thought it was good enough to bring to me, she didn't make me feel any better and didn't ask me if my second salad was any good. When I had initially told her my order was wrong she didn't accept responsibility &/or apologise, she enforced a back & forth about what happened. I was forced to explain that even if this was what I wanted it wouldn't be good enough because the lettuce is the sad white ends of the lettuce. The waffle fries were good. If it was up to me I wouldn't have paid for it or tipped on it but my partner insisted.

Warm sports bar & eatery supplying a variety of Italian & American specialties in a sizable space.
We were in the St. Charles downtown historic district for the first time and wanted somewhere special to have dinner. Our choice was Tony’s on Main. It was excellent! Apparently, it’s a popular spot, as the place was packed with people talking, laughing, and having a good time. Liked the exposed brick décor, but especially loved the canoe hanging from the ceiling, which was unexpected and fun. There are many items on their menu, but I decided to try the Steak Modiga. It’s two tenderloin medallions that are lightly breaded and smothered with cheese, white wine lemon sauce, and mushrooms. Delicious! And our server was terrific, too.

The waiter was great and very nice always on top of refills. We never had to wait any more than 10 minutes for a refill food was great bread was off and Ravioli was great. The pasta was a bit watered down if that makes any sense. Everyone here is talkative and happy waiters are friendly and always in a good mood I would recommend this for people looking for a date place or a fancy place to hang out with friends

I came here to celebrate a friend's 40th birthday. This was a perfect choice. Great atmosphere, our drinks were never empty, the food was delicious (I forgot to take pictures because we were having a wonderful time), and the staff was friendly. For me, this would not be a place I would take my kids. I would save this for a date night or a girls' night out. P.S. the drink in the picture is a Bomb Pop martini. It tastes exactly like the popsicle and is one of the best drinks I've ever had.

We just came upon this restaurant and what a gem! Spacious seating downstairs, balcony and bar upstairs and great live music. The blackened salmon and Gaston mashed potatoes were delicious and my hubby loved the angel hair, shrimp, mushrooms with garlic sauce!! Worth the stop and the town is super cute too!!

I came here on a Thursday evening for dinner with a friend. We did not have reservations but we were still seated right away. The outside patio was full so we sat upstairs right by the doors. They propped the doors open so it was still a really nice breeze that came in. Walking through the restaurant, it appeared to be well staffed. Our server and the other servers we encountered were very friendly. I ordered the bbq pulled pork sandwich with a salad. The salad was so good. The lettuce was cold and fresh, the cheese tasted fresh and the Italian dressing was really great. I’m really picky when it comes to my salads, I can honestly say that this salad was perfect. The pork was cooked perfectly as well, the amount of bbq sauce it comes with was just right. The sandwich was larger than k expected it to be so I took half of it home. The atmosphere of the restaurant really is so beautiful, it’s really nice and it’s not loud or busy like a lot of chain places. I’ve lived in St. Charles county my whole life but I’ve only been here a handful of times. I definitely need to come here more often. Each time has been a great experience.

Great taco joint with lots of unique options, including several that have a bit of a kick! My favorites are the BLT tacos and Baja Fish tacos. Also check out their mocktail drinks. I had the mocktail version of a Paloma and it was pretty good!

I love love Mission Taco, their Baja fish tacos are to die for and I haven't had a margarita that I didn't like. Everyone is always so friendly here and the atmosphere is awesome. It's usually very busy so it's best to place a reservation. They now have a arcade for the family.

Service was fantastic and they did a great job explaining everything to us. Food was delicious. Spicy chicken and Baja tacos were amazing. The chicken had a nice kick while not being overly spicy and the fish was very nicely breaded. The side of corn was seasoned well and very creamy. We will definitely be back.

The waitress that we had was fantastic, friendly, and did not leave us stranded. She made sure to bring out the appetizers and gave us time to enjoy that course, and when the main entry was ready, it was brought to our table. I can see why she got promoted to manager. I just wish I knew her name to give her credit for an outstanding job.

The Carne Asada Fries were fantastic, highly recommend. The Spicy Margarita was on point. Great location, great atmosphere. Although it wasn’t busy bartenders tended to keep to themselves meaning no chit chat. I don’t know what happen to the newest bartender generation but they lack social skills. I will return but will head to a table instead of the bar.

Compact, old-fashioned destination dishing up hearty American breakfast & lunch classics.
Great place to have breakfast; eggs and bacon made to order! I asked for butter for my coffee, to my surprise it was real butter! The locals have a hidden secret in this restaurant. Parking and restaurant very clean. Two thumbs up and five stars. I will be back.

One of the best burgers I've had in a long time! Great service (even though I was that guy who unintentionally came in 20 minutes before closing...). The owner and staff were very friendly and I'll definitely be back again to see what else is on the menu!

Such a fun find while visiting the area! They made a custom cuban sandwich for my little boy off menu because he really wanted it. Stayed around later to serve us after we had gotten a flat and were starving AND brought is items from the kitchen to try for free. Also, get the onion rings. You won't be sorry. Best batter I've ever tasted.

Can't lie, won't lie, don't care who hears it: BEST diner in TOWN! This place puts other places to shame. Regarding the taste and quality of food but also the gregarious attitudes of the workers. While it's easy to see how they can get worked hard by the popularity of the joint they give it their all. So be kind and do please tip. I loved the food food and had a great time with my special someone.

Chain restaurant serving steaks, seafood & cocktails in an upscale lodgelike setting.
Everything we ordered was fantastic! The deviled eggs were killer. The spinach salad was incredible. The Firebirds chicken pasta has such a light and tasty cream sauce paired with bacon, green onions, and plenty of cherry tomatoes. It was so delicious. My sister's Colorado chicken salad was also really delicious. We will order from here again or maybe stop in to try their cocktails next time. - We went to the restaurant the next day for lunch. Melvin, our server, was fantastic. We loved the bread. The Lemonade Drop cocktail was delicious. My sister raved about her seared tuna with her salad. Dad loved the chopped salad. My ribeye was OK, but nothing great. The side mushrooms were generously portioned and delicious. Wonderful wine inspired decor.

Easy to make reservations online. Got a table for 2, quick to be seated. They sat me and my husband in a table just by a big party, i don't like but fine. The food took a long time, but was great. They bring good bread to the table while you wait. I ordered filet mignon. It was small specially when compared to other places in the area with the same profile but was delicious. Loaded baked potato was great as well.

It was the most sad experience with this restaurant! From the first moment that our waiter is came to us, we fin out that this dinner will be screwed up. She was not friendly with us at all. She took the order for two adults and one child, the salads, and three dinners. We set for 20 minutes after another waiter came to us, and pour water. After another 15 minutes manager came to us to inform that the salads almost ready and will be here in the moment. After another 15 minutes our waiter came with two dinner plates for me and the baby, we waited more 10-15 minutes for third plate. Food was not good quality, we ate here before and aware of Firebirds quality meat and poultry. The very huge disappointment is that no one said: ”Excuse us”, or “we are sorry for what happened “! One star review for 0 service!

Made a 7pm reservation. They moved us to 730pm. We didn't sit down to about 750pm. Not a huge deal but almost an hour past our original reservation. Our server was great! I got the aged ribeye. It was pretty good. Cooked just how I asked! If I had to rate the steak overall I'd say a 7 out of 10. Was tasty but not the best steak I've had. Drinks were phenomenal. Definitely get the lobster queso!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband took me here for my birthday and it was delicious as always! We frequented this location during the pandemic so it was a treat to return and the food still taste just as good as I remembered!

Relaxed Texas-style BBQ joint with lots of bourbons, artisan cocktails & craft beer.
No complaints. Food was delicious. My greedy side wanted larger portions of the meat but I left full and satisfied. Black Cherry soda was SO good. Great atmosphere dining inside or out. Fast and friendly service. The loaded beef fat fries were on point. Kansas City brisket was yummy.

Amazing service. Our food came out so quickly. Everything was delicious. I highly recommend the brisket toasted ravioli as an appetizer. We visited on a very busy evening, quoted 30-40minute wait time, but were sat within 16 minutes. Our server was the best we've had anywhere in a very long time. Very attentive and efficient. We will be back very soon!

We came here as a large group late into the evening, and they were very nice trying to accommodate us. Food was great overall. The ribs had great flavor, although a bit dry. Burger was awesome, fries crunchy and flavorful. The only disappointing was brisket, cut in Cubs instead of thin slices, it had slabs of fat that didn't cook off, and since it was slathered in sauce it was hard to see what was what until you bite into it, and then you find out the hard way. Popovers were delicious. Coleslaw was one of best in the meal.

We LOVED it!!! So good!! Meats are great quality, great flavor, and so tender. Loved brisket, chicken, and fries!!! All the sauces are great! The fried pickles are sweet so if you prefer dill, they aren't for you. The eggs were good but lacking a little flavor. Service was very friendly and quick and the outdoor seating was very nice.

This location deserves 10⭐️of 5. Absolutely great experience! Food is very delicious, high quality, and good cooked. They make their own bread and it's top of the top. It is very similar to the Brazilian bread - I absolutely loved it. Server Travis is another story! I have to say this restaurant is very lucky to have him, since people like that are one in a million. He is very well educated on the menu and ingredients topic, awesome people person, and very attentive!
