Trendy eatery & nightclub with a rooftop lounge bar, DJs & traditional Dominican eats.
Went recently for a Sunday brunch. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. The food was really good, the mimosas and sangria were good (not watered down). The music was great as well, not too loud in the rooftop. I will definitely go back for a Sunday brunch ($55 per person + tax and tip).

I went to Republica the 3 nights ago with my gf and everything was amazing, from the ambiance to how easily we were accommodated. . But the best part of the night was how the waitress Yetlis accommodated us. She was very sweet and polite and quick ! I saw she deserves a bonus for her customer service !

The food and atmosphere here is great. It gets really fun when you stay for the club hours of the night. Unfortunately though, when I went with a group of about 12 people last night, they took over an hour to get us a table even though we had a reservation for 8:30 PM. I don't know how common this is in other places like this but I feel like waiting over an hour when you already made a reservation is ridiculous. This isn't the first time it's happened either. They also kept moving us from one section to another during the club hours. Not a terrible place but I feel like the service could be way better.

I loved their service, I love how humble and down to earth the owner is. She came to our table to ensure everything was as per our request. The food was to dye for... and the drinks OMG, it was not just the presentation, but they were very tasty.

Very nice spot for brunch no matter who you are what you are celebrating or if you just want somewhere nice to go to with vibe. Music is not too loud. Food was good. Drinks were good.

Scenic rooftop setting for elevated Italian cuisine, house brewed ales & high-end imported beer.
Just had an amazing lunch at Serra! The rooftop was so beautifully decorated. The service was on point. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. Haven’t had this good of a meal in a long time! Will be returning for sure (perhaps on a cooler day but we were perfectly comfortable under the fans!) Don’t miss the panzanella salad. The peaches tomatoes and cucumbers are perfectly in season and it was so refreshing. The lemon ravioli was also delightful. Everything was 10/10

Gorgeous place, the atmosphere is luxurious yet comfortable. There are amazing photo ops and the service is phenomenal. The food is on the pricey side, the quality is nothing to rave about and the portions are decently small. You are paying for the experience! I would say visit once, but it’s nothing worth traveling out of your way for.

SERRA by Birreria is an extraordinary find in the heart of the city. Nestled within the vibrant Meatpacking District, it boasts a charming terrace and a lively first-floor dining room complete with a bar and a convivial crowd. But the true surprise lies upstairs. The second floor, where we dined, exudes an alluring speakeasy vibe with its ambient candlelight. I fell in love with the atmosphere even before the first bite. And then came the food - a parade of culinary delights, each one a solid 10. The pepperoni pizza, while seemingly simple, stood out as particularly noteworthy. Crafted to perfection, each bite was an exquisite blend of flavors that left me craving for more. Its taste still lingers in my memory, and I eagerly look forward to my next visit to New York, and to SERRA, to satisfy my newfound pizza craving. In summary, I can wholeheartedly recommend SERRA by Birreria. Its enchanting ambiance and exemplary cuisine create an unforgettable dining experience. A visit here is not just a meal, it’s an adventure for your senses.

A hidden rooftop bar located at the rear of the famous Eatly market. This place has a very photogenic floral space that changes with the seasons. I haven't eaten here, only cocktails, so I can't comment on the food. Another note I've found it to be usually warm when visiting during the day.

Absolutely gorgeous ambience and amazing quality fresh food! My family had dinner there and we celebrated a birthday. Service was great; food exceptional!

Polished rooftop cocktail bar on the top of the Pod 39 Hotel offering seafood-inspired bites.
This place is a wonderful rooftop bar! 🍸 The Freehold Rooftop inside the Pod 39 Hotel 🏨 offers great views 🪟 of NYC 🗽 and serves a nice selection of drinks and cocktails! 🍹 Definitely get their Apple Cider Bourbon Cocktail!🥃 The place is beautifully decorated 🛋️ and the ambience 🎶 is fantastic! The staff 👨🍳 is super friendly and the service is quick. ⏲️ I wish I came here earlier and more often!

Friendly bartenders, fair priced drinks, cocktails made by hand, and if it’s hot, they have frozen margaritas! Also lots of spots to be in the sun or shade. There were some grandparents here as well as college she people and everyone seemed to be enjoying the views on the 4th of July.

Place and view are nice. But customer service is awful. Me and my husband took a sit on one of a tables but a waiter was ignoring us and wasn’t paying attention to us knowing that we took the table as he removed stuff from previous customers. Then I decided to go and order some drinks at a bar but a bartender wasn’t paying attention to me as well. She was just staying and talking with another customer for some period of time. Then I’m tired to wait a little bit and attract her attention, but nothing, and came back to my table. We waited a little bit and just left this place. Overall we were waiting around 30 minutes. Our mood went down and we found another place close by.

Beautiful place on top of Pod 39. Went on Saturday and waited for the one bartender to attend to me for 30 minutes and gave up and left. Came back on Sunday (I'm staying in Pod) and got friendly service, but still very understaffed and no table service. I ordered the tuna tacos and I can say, they were the worst tacos I have ever had. Cost $22 for 3 tacos the size of my thumb. (See photo) The tuna was dog-food grade. Absolutely horrible. Drinks and vibe was nice, but too much waiting and horrible food.

Can’t rave about this place enough!! You’ll definitely get lost in time with the beautiful views, great tunes, oysters and cocktails. Perfect spot after work, before a show, or date night. The menu is definitely light so don’t come for more than a bite. Tuna poke tacos and lobster roll are delicious.

Industrial-chic rooftop spot in the Refinery Hotel featuring cocktails, light fare & dramatic views.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND =D 5 STARS ***** Me and my wife celebrated her birthday at this beautiful and fantastic spot! It's an absolute gem of a place in NYC. What made it even better was how fantastic the team was, they gave us the best seat in the house, looking at the Empire state building, and also we were very attentive. They even gave us a little sweet treat at the end of the meal with a candle ^_^; thank you so much for helping make my wife's birthday a fantastic experience. Cheers! not cheap.... but HIGHLY RECOMMEND =D 5 STARS *****

The refinery rooftop at the refinery hotel is a great spot for food and drinks. The rooftop patio Terrace gives off garden green room vibes in the heart of the city with a view of the Empire State building. They have a solid cocktail menu - the Duke being a juicy bourbon offering. Don’t sleep on the Sushido peppers as a starter. The sliders and grilled chicken club sandwich were delicious but the chicken and waffles and the French toast on their brunch menu are where it’s at. The service by Mackenzie was awesome. Highly recommend checking this spot out.

Had pre booked our table, very busy for a Tuesday night, great views of the Empire State Building. Went to have dinner but have to say very limited menu and over priced for what you got, definitely paying for the views. Lots of people taking photos in front of you while trying to eat your dinner, the security guard did tell one customer to go back inside as she must have taken about 100 photos of herself. Would recommend this place for drinks.

The atmosphere was pretty calm and elegant. The rooftop didn’t have a wide view, it only allows you to see Empire State Building, but it was good enough. Even though the service team wasn’t friendly, seats were uncomfortable, and the menu was limited, we had really good time. The food was tastier than what we expected.

Saide Nur ALP (saide’s)
Went here for lunch on a stormy 4th of July, which is also happens to be my daughter’s birthday, to celebrate. The glass enclosure kept us dry but still allowed beautiful ambience and views of the Empire State Building. The space is truly beautiful, comfortable and inviting. Service was excellent from host/hostess, bartender, waitstaff and bus people. They brought out a birthday dessert for my daughter with a sparkler candle knowing we were celebrating. Food and drinks were outstanding. We had the truffle and yucca fries- both were great, sliders, shrimp tacos, meatballs. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. All great things which led to a memorable dining experience. Highly recommend Refinery Rooftop.

On the roof of the Ink48 Hotel, this swanky bar features 360-degree city and Hudson River views.
Cool rooftop lounge, the views are nice as socializing having a great views of the city. The cocktails wise half the the cocktails were really good. Even with the bartender choice if you like a surprise. Having a green house area with seating any blankets, so you don’t have to exactly sit outside when it’s windy/colder at night. Cool spot to check out and meet more mature crowd.

Best rooftop lounge with an amazing view, drinks were great. Love atmosphere and the setting, nice sitting lounge inside by the bar as soon as you walked in. It was impressive, as soon as you walked outside, the whole rooftop space was camera worthy, breathtaking and I can't stop talking pics. I stayed for sometimes because I really enjoyed it. I visited a few other rooftop lounge and I didn't even stay because of the setting and the view was nothing to compare. Will come back again!

Amazing views and nice vibe. Went on a Tuesday night, so it was a bit quiet. One of the servers accidentally took our drinks away, bartender quickly gave us another. Overall good experience.

Stopped in for a drink on our way out for the evening. Stunning views, I like a rooftop bar that's not in the middle of the city, you have a nicer vantage point from 11th. The drinks menu was extensive and the two we got were delicious.

I went here just to see the rooftop and the view of Manhattan, i had no drink so I can’t judge for the food and service point of view. But the Press Lounge i have to admit that is something of amazing!!! The photos are not able the give you the feeling as if you were here, seeing it with your own eyes…..so you must have to visit it!!!

Cool watering hole featuring tapas & cocktails, plus views of the city & Empire State Building.

I’m struggling to find any kind words to say about this place. The service here was probably the worst I’ve experienced at any bar or restaurant. When we walked in, the staff seemed to be unwilling to help and had the attitude of not really caring. Our waiter took our order once and came back to our table once more later on but we never saw her again after that. If we needed anything else, we would have to go inside to find her. She even left for the day without checking on us. The sad thing was that there were only 4-5 other tables seated in the whole bar at the time. The drinks and food were alright but the chips and guac could definitely use more chips given its price. Overall this was a really sad experience and the staff really needs to do a better job tending to customers and losing the “whatever” attitude.

Had an amazing time the food and drinks were marvellous, Melina provided great service she was attentive and gave us good recommendations and made really good cocktails. will be back for sure. Very excited to to find a spot as we’ve been looking for a new place to have dinner in the neighbourhood.

We only went because my girlfriend had purchased a PUSLD Voucher thinking it was for Selina (a Spanish tapas restaurant)… We should have looked at the reviews before buying a voucher. But nonetheless, we came on a Friday in October. There were maybe 4 patrons in the entire rooftop. Two people behind the bar and one person behind the kitchen (the kitchen staff was so bored he was on his phone the whole time). The bartenders / bar staff seemed so confused as to input any voucher or make any drinks. The training here is sub par. We ordered 2 Palomas…. WRONG CHOICE! They didn’t have any tequila , the grapefruit juice tasted like cheap grapefruit soda… without the voucher , each drink would have been $16 … waste of money / time. We ended up leaving the drinks there. Now time for the food. The arepas and fried yuca tasted exactly the same as if the oil was never changed. We also left the food on the table. Great location. With great potential. But honestly, save your time and money. The staff isn’t experienced . The food is bad. Management needs to step it up and get a new staff and training system in place. Otherwise the rooftop business will fail. The views are the only thing this rooftop has, but you can go to dozens of other rooftops on the city and get great views. Wouldn’t be coming back here anytime soon, nor recommending anyone to come here.

Held an event here, view is pretty good but the place can get a tad bit noisy when there’s too many people

Revolving American bar & grill on the 48th floor of the Marriott Marquis with Times Square views.
The View was a beautiful place with a very lovely view of the city especially at night. The food was amazing too, there were 4 courses including dessert and the presentation was very nice. There was also a show on the table before every course with a tiny chef and it was very fun to watch. Not only was the food, view and presentation great but all of the workers are so kind and generous with the amount and food too.

My daughter (9 yr old) and I went to the Le Petit Chef experience, it was amazing!!! The food was amazing!!! The waiter was amazing!!! (He even looked good and smelled amazing). The show was so cute but the food was amazing!!!

My boyfriend made reservations months in advance for my birthday dinner at Le Petit Chef. The restaurant is located in the Marriott Hotel on the top floor. We took the elevator all the way up; it was crazy, went up so high our ears popped. (47 Stories above Times Square) Upon arrival they welcomed us with a glass of champagne. They told us to arrive 15 minutes earlier and we were there about 8 minutes after. Some people had gotten small bites of food but our group didn’t receive any. We waited in a small room before going into the main dining area. We were able to take pictures but the lighting inside wasn't the most flattering. Soon after they escorted us one by one to our tables. They gave us bread rolls with olive oil and butter. The butter they gave was a bit ghetto. They kept it in the packaging like they would at a basic diner. The bread looked good but tasted stale. We asked the server to get us a new batch. The lights went a little dim and the show started. We all had our own individual projection screens pointing at our table. Before every course the (mini animated chef) would prepare the food in front of us. Each course felt like it had a 5 minute show. The first course was Burrata and Maple Kabocha. Presentation was very pretty, the burrata was good, and I especially enjoyed the mini balls of what tasted like vinegary/sweet flavor. The only thing was that it was very simple. For the price they are charging per person there should have been a little more to the plate. They sliced up plain apples and frisee with no dressing on it like rabbit food. Each course got paired with a specific wine, the one they gave us paired very well with the salad. The second course was Maine Lobster Risotto. Show was cool; I loved how immediately after the show ended the servers came out ready. The risotto unfortunately was cold and had a small portion. I could honestly say we finished the entire plate in 3-4 bites. After they served the risotto a server came around to the whole restaurant with black pepper. By the time he came to our table to ask us if we wanted any, we were already done. The taste was good but nothing special, maybe i’m just not a lobster person. The wine they served with this course also paired very well. The third course (MY FAV) was Beef Short Ribs. Meat was so soft there was no need to use a knife. Everything on my plate was very tasty, especially the sauce they put on top. I wish there was more. The only thing they could have kept off of our plates were the charred broccolini. Left a bad bitter taste in my mouth so we pushed those to the side. Compared to the other two courses this was a better sized portion. They also served a great red wine to pair with the steak. For dessert which was my second fave they gave a deconstructed mix of different items. It was a Matcha Coconut Espresso Fusion. In the bowl there were small pieces of chocolate, ice cream, crunchy coconut, marshmallow, matcha, raspberry and topped off with a warm espresso ganache. Was plated beautifully in a clear glass bowl. They even came out with a candle and Happy Birthday written on my plate. All in all it was a very different and cool experience. I’ve always wanted to come to a restaurant like this so I was happy I got to try it. The servers were very sweet and attentive. They even offered to take pictures of us together throughout the night. Would I be back? Probably not. The price you're paying is not worth the food you're eating. We left there pretty hungry still. Also wish the lighting inside was a bit darker so you can enjoy the presentation more. Still appreciated the show and effort. P.S. You guys should re-model your restrooms, for such a nice restaurant an upgrade is necessary.

My boyfriend took me there for fine dinning experience and without a doubt it’s one of those one time experiences you need to have. Since it was a surprise I had no idea that it was a virtual reality show that needed to start at the same time for all guests. Nevertheless I called the restaurant because we were running 10min late with all the traffic in Times Square. And they were waiting on us to start the show. The view was amazing, the service was amazing as well. And the food was very good too. I was too full to finish my third course but I wish I could of eaten it all. The dessert was the best I have ever had and they added a special message for our anniversary which was a nice touch. They also offer you a wine to pair with every course so three glasses of wine. The whole experience is very unique and outstanding. The pictures doesn’t do justice to what we experienced.

Interesting concept. The room rotates 360 as you dine in. Menu is prix fixe during out visit. Unfortunately, it was cloudy and rainy during our visit. What luck. Food was good, but did not live up to the price tag. Service was definitely top notch. My family had a great time. Fortunately, the sky cleared up on the way home, and we caught the sunset. Will revisit again, but next time, probably just the buffet.
