Branch of a stylish counter-order chain serving noodle bowls & other health-minded Japanese bites.
Impressively clean! The food was on point, flavor hasn’t changed in years (consistency is key for a chain restaurant). We got the Mojoe with a side of Salmon mango. Wish I had come on Saturday or Sunday because they offer Bento box this days.

Quick stop for dinner on the way between Denver and Springs. It's a newer place, so very nice. Most orders were take out or delivery so the dining area was nearly empty. Staff was extra friendly and the food was very good.

Food was good, rice was a tad undercooked/stale but not a deal breaker. Service was great, bathrooms were clean. Outdoor patio was amazing on a warm 55 degree day!

If you are wondering what happened to great customer service, you need to come to the Castle Rock Tokyo Joe’s! The manager, Andrew, wants his customers to be happy! I love the poke bowls at Tokyo Joe’s, so I placed an order, but received the wrong poke bowl with my order. Andrew, the manager, was tenacious at getting in contact with me to make it right. He made sure I was happy and would continue to be a repeat customer. I was back there the next day for a poke bowl, and Andrew came out to say hi and thank me for my business. They are serving up fantastic customer service, along with fresh and tasty poke bowls, so I highly recommend Tokyo Joe’s in Castle Rock!

We were visiting from another state and love poke bowls. We had no idea where to go but “googled” some locations close to us. We are glad we chose this one because the food was amazing. When we are back in town we will be back. Good work.

Unfussy, kid-friendly eatery offering basic Italian & Mexican plates & lunch specials.
Really delicious, enjoyed every bit. April was very kind. Robin who has worked here 3 years was excellent 👏 in service & very nice. Listening to some on my stories as I Celebrated my 46th Birthday alone. But April was keeping me company. Gave 3 stars 🌟 on Atmosphere, cause all of satan Holiday decorations. I serve God * & No other master but 1 Yahwey N YESHUA his son..... God Bless 🙌 Robin & April in Jesus name.

Loved my trip to Angie's. I am from out of town and the idea of a place that specializes in both Mexican and Italian intrigued me. Needless to say, Angie's did an excellent job at both! I ordered the chimichanga and my sister got the chicken parmesan. The chicken in the chimi was juicy and flavorful and the green chili sauce seemed homemade--one of the best chimichangas I've had in a while. My sister said the marinara sauce was very flavorful and her meal was delicious. We finished with nice, hot sopapillas and honey. I specifically want to point out the atmosphere of this cozy place. The colors are warm with big red booths and a lot of nice antique wood. The walls are paneled with what seem to be antique hotel doors and shelves featuring a collection of antique rodeos. It all blends together really nice and our booth felt pretty cozy and quiet despite how busy they were. There were options for gluten-free pasta and the staff were more than willing to work around my tomato allergy. I have a feeling they would have been happy to make more changes to our meal if we had needed them. All the staff that we met were friendly, nice, and excellent servers. Our gal always seemed to be there right we needed something, and the hostesses were helpful in getting me and my service dog into a booth that would suit us. The staff all seemed in good moods and appeared to work together well. It seems like a fun restaurant to work at. We went around 5pm and there was no wait, but nearly every booth was full. That didn't impede on our experience all as our food was delivered quickly and the booths and dividers kept things quiet. I only tend to give 5 stars when I have a particularly awesome experience and I definitely did. If I am in town again I will not hesitate to stop by!

Looking for a great lunch with great wait staff, Angie's is for you. The bustling corner restaurant in downtown Castle Rock was a perfect spot to grab a filling lunch while exploring the area. My waitress, Jessica was awesome! I ordered a lunch portion of Chicken Parm with penne. It was cooked perfectly and was just enough to keep me full until dinner. The Lunch portion was served with a house salad and a delicious personal loaf of freshly baked italian bread. It was all perfect. The marinara sauce was a bit sweet for my taste but excellent none the less with lots of fresh herbs. The Italian salad dressing was homemade and also filled with herbs. Definitely recommend. I wanted to try on of their yummy looking desserts, but just couldn't fit it in. Don't miss the array of old radios lining the wall adding to the charm of this local restaurant.

Excellent lunch specials! Had half spaghetti and half ravioli...delicious! Not sure it's the best ever, but pretty close! Super service, nice Italian atmosphere.

The ambience is old-school and fantastic. The service was friendly and helpful and fun. The food, the food outstanding we started off with bread. It was fresh out of the oven and melted in your mouth. We had a few appetizers and then onto the main meal. I had the Italian side of the house and every bit was fantastic homemade sauce homemade noodles. I ate more that I needed. I was full, but couldn’t stop. Then we had dessert and it was amazing. I drove all the way from WheatRidge and it was well worth the drive and I can’t wait to go again.

Gourmet American fare & a vibrant happy hour draw locals to this rustic, loungey setting.
In my 50 years of existence and tasting and eating different calamari…………. Union An American Bistro’s calamari was an exceptional. It was a bomb! Never tasted a calamari that good, it was so juicy compared to the norm or traditional way of cooking it dried. And it’s not just the calamari, it’s just for the starter! The three dishes that they recommend and served us was uniquely good.

The food quality was good. The portions were super small though and the menu has literally only five dinners so I ended up with a chicken panini sandwich which tasted good but was super small and the bread was mush and crumbled after the first bite. Since the food was good I did 3 stars but I won’t be going back. In the two photo’s you could see the size and the bread after the first time I picked up the sandwich. Not worth $16. They also were late brining my daughters dish and they took my other daughters plate 2 seconds after she finished but nobody else was finished and as I said my other daughter didn’t even have her food so she kind of ate by herself.

We went for happy hour before the rodeo. Love the Martin's, very strong, wouldn't recommend more than 2 🤪 I ordered the blackened chicken salad, very tasty. Food is great, service is a bit... Slow

we've been meaning to come here for awhile, and we're not disappointed! the bartender was really busy when we sat at the bar on a Saturday, maybe next time less bar backs and another actual bartender. butttt the gluten free buns were amazing! and the fries are gluten free too so I was happy

Everything was delicious and our server Brandon was above and beyond, so polite and attentive, and made us feel very welcome. We’ll likely be back for Martini Saturday!

Counter-serve eatery dishing up Mexican classics including hand-rolled tortillas, burritos & tacos.
We frequent this place every time we drive past Castle Rock. Our appreciation for Cafe Rio goes back ~10 years and we appreciate having the option in Colorado! Depending on when you come, the restaurant can be pretty busy. That’s a good thing after all! Who wants to eat at an empty restaurant!? What we enjoy is the consistency in quality and service we get every time. The food is always fresh and because of the popularity it stays fresh throughout the day. Everything is prepared here at the time it is served. We’ve probably tried everything on the menu and never been disappointed. Our favorites are the chicken and pork salads. Today we also got a kids quesadilla to hold us over u til we could get to enjoy our salads and that was absolutely delicious too! Given the flexibility to add what you want you can make your meal vegetarian or gluten free also. The staff is great and they all work hard and fast. This location has an outside seating area, alongside the inside, air conditioned salon. It’s only a few moments off of I-25, so very easy to get to and right next to the Castle Rock outlets in case you need anything else to do. Overall, we will continue coming back here until we have a Cafe Rio closer to where we live!

Came here tonight. And I gotta say, Cafe Rio has some really fresh food. My family got a bowl and a quesadilla, and the food was really good. It was warm and flavorful, and the ingredients tasted like they were just made. And for the value of it all, it was a very fair price. My only thing was, we were going to order guacamole, but it was brown. Although their food is fresh most of the time. I recommend coming to Cafe rio.

Took forever and wasn’t even busy. There was about 9 people in the back and only 2 were doing anything. The rest were standing around lookin at the people that were in the dining room. Me and my friend were the only ones in line and took them like 15 min just to ask us what we wanted.

Had to delete my old review and write a new one. Huge improvement from the last time I visited here. They finally turned down the AC (was always too cold before) and brought fresh lettuce. This time, the staff was a lot nicer and actually got my order correct. I will definitely be returning to this location soon.

Always delicious and fresh here. Sometimes the wait can be a bit longer, but it's definitely worth it. Whatever you get make sure to get the Cilantro Vinagrette in the side, it makes a perfect compliment to any dish. Also the mint limeade is amazing as well.

Chain for gourmet burgers & other American comfort fare.
Pretty typical layout for a Red Robin. It's definitely a family-friendly environment. We were seated immediately and had a solid waitress. Food came out quick, all at once. Apps and mains at the same time. I had the Scorpion Burger, which wasn't nearly as spicy as I was hoping. The ground beef used wasn't the best quality, but it was medium rare as ordered. The wife had the "island hot" bone-in wings, which she enjoyed, and a side salad. I had a couple of wings, and they were decent but nothing to write home about. Their peach tea is pretty good. We finished by splitting an Oreo milkshake, which was served in two shake glasses. I've had better shakes at fast food restaurants, as well as other Red Robins. It was pretty mid, but it was good enough. All in all, it was not exactly a show stopping experience, but it served its purpose. We left full. That said, this Red Robin was really just a glamorized fast food joint with dishes instead of boxes/bags and a good waitress instead of a cashier. Might just save a couple of bucks and eat at Burger King down the street next time we are in the mood for this kind of food. There is no difference in the quality of ingredients.

I had a good time here, my little brother loves the pizza it's really good i recommend it for little ones. The drinks are amazing. I recommend the very berry limeade with sprite. They also have really nice views of the mountains. The service was great, staff was attentive and fun.

The food was delicious. The short stack of onion rings were nice and crunchy! The manager personally came out to greet my friend who has never been before and thanked him for coming. The monster burger was cooked perfectly and was juicy. The garlic fries were crisp yet had just the right amount of garlic taste!!

Love their Southwest salad, big salad with lots of toppings (was missing avocado though), and tasty dressing, and the fries are always a great app to start with. Good service and the restaurant started out pretty quiet when we got there around noon but picked up quite a bit by the time we left a couple hours later.

Me and my mom went to Red Robin in Castle Rock for lunch. We haven’t gone for a while due to how dirty it is every time we go. But we decided to give them another try. The place was still dirty and during our lunch we saw mice running around in the restaurant. We alerted management right away and left immediately (obviously) but they continued to serve customers and did not empty the restaurant as I believe is required by law. We called the manager to get a refund since we didn’t get to finish our lunch. And reminded him of the law that you must alert your customers and empty the restaurant. He said he knew but already called an exterminator. And although he said he would refund our food he was rude and angry that I mentioned anything about it. We called Corporate and they weren’t any help either. They some how accidentally hung up on us twice and dispute having my phone number didn’t bother calling back. Just wanted our neighborhood to be advised as to the cleanliness of the restaurant and their customer service.

Interesting blend of Mexican and Greek cuisine, but not bad. Greatly enjoyed the tzatziki as part of the Grecian Alternative breakfast (pictured). Will be back to try their dinner menu! Priced appropriately for the quality/amount of food.

This is such a quaint comfortable spot to get brunch or dinner! A friend of mine recommended this place and I was pleased with how nice of a restaurant this is. They also have really friendly service. had one of their specials, the Chile Relleno, and it was delicious. Their cinnamon rolls are also sooooo good! I can't wait to go back and try their other menu items!

Oh what a beautiful place! The food was delicious. My husband ordered The Mexican omelet and cinamon roll. It was delicious, but the cinamon roll was to die for! I ordered the Egg Benedict with Avocado and bacon; OMG, Sooo good. And to make it better the owner greeting everyone and that is something special these days. We will definitely recommend Pegasus to everyone.

Intimate, family-owned Italian restaurant featuring a wine list, patio & down-to-earth vibe.
We stopped in for the first time, and I’m EMPHATIC about this place! Our new fave Castle Rock restaurant (and there are so many good ones to choose from). We sat outside and the ambiance was lovely. Had the pasta purses for appetizer and we knew it was off to a great start. The lobster ravioli was dreamy and the bison bolognese… killer. We couldn’t stop talking about how happy the food made us. And the service! Felt truly cared for - a level of service that was top of its class. This is why you come here (:

My wife and I recently moved to Castle Rock and landed on this spot for a celebration dinner with her sisters joining us. As soon as we walked in the door Chef Ignazio greeted us with his warm and welcoming energy. He seated us at the chef’s table which gave us a great view of all the food coming out of the kitchen. All the food looked amazing. We ordered four dishes: Chianti Braised Short Ribs Hyplains Heritage 90 Day Aged Ribeye Chilean Sea Bass Tortellini Pesto The portioning was excellent, not too much and definitely not too little. I do not like any kind of fish or seafood but because the other three dishes were superb I gave the Sea Bass a go and it was delicious. I will eat fish again if it tastes like that. Every plate was balanced perfectly and the flavors hit all the right spots. Our desserts were: Cheese cake Tiramisu Chocolate cake Raspberry moose Again, everything was perfect. Light yet full of flavor for each. Chef Ignazio and his staff were very personable and made all of us feel at home and welcome. My wife and I will most definitely frequent this spot.

This was my first time dining here at Vista Vino grill. WOW! The chef, Josh Moore, did an exceptional job on our dinner. We had the lamb chops and the short ribs Sadly we forgot to take a pic of the appetizer, bread and main dish… but check out our yummy desserts. We will be coming back!!!
