Mediterranean-inspired eatery serving small plates & specialty cocktails in a stylish setting.
The place has a nice vibe and ambience. The place has tapas style small plates. We got the calamari and lobster ravioli. The lobster ravioli was amazing. Would definitely recommend it. Overall a decent place.

I don’t know why my expectations were low for this place. Because it was amazing. Luckily got to sit out on the beautiful back patio. Perfect ambience. All the food was delicious. And Kathryn (the server who has arms like Alex honold)or however you spell it was soooooooooo great. Such great recommendations. I will definitely be back.

I love the atmosphere here. It has a classy, yet laid back feel. The mushroom pizza is amazing! I highly recommend the roasted beets as an appetizer as well!

Art-filled trattoria serving Northern Italian fare & unique wines in cozy digs with a garden patio.
Great atmosphere and service! We love the butternut squash ravioli it's so good. We had dinner outside on the covered patio in late August which was really pleasant. Definitely recommend for a good sit down Italian restaurant. Servers are so kind! It's best to make a reservation beforehand and be sure to hear about their daily specials. There is some free street parking nearby towards the little america hotel. Enjoy!

A Gastronomic Delight at Caffe Molise! Caffe Molise is an absolute gem nestled in the heart of the city, and it has quickly become my go-to spot for an extraordinary dining experience. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance, setting the stage for an unforgettable culinary journey. Let's start with the star of the show: the mushroom ravioli. Oh, my taste buds were in ecstasy! The delicate pasta parcels were flawlessly cooked, revealing a luscious filling of earthy mushrooms that burst with flavor in every bite. The accompanying sauce was a masterpiece on its own—a perfect balance of creaminess and richness that complemented the ravioli beautifully. This dish alone is reason enough to visit Caffe Molise. Now, let's talk about the vegetarian eggplant dish—a true revelation for all plant-based food enthusiasts. The eggplant was masterfully prepared, showcasing a tender and melt-in-your-mouth texture. It was elegantly seasoned with a blend of herbs and spices, allowing the natural sweetness of the eggplant to shine through. The dish was beautifully presented, a vibrant medley of colors that stimulated both the eyes and the palate. Beyond the outstanding mushroom ravioli and vegetarian eggplant, the menu at Caffe Molise is a testament to culinary excellence. Each dish embodies creativity, passion, and attention to detail. Whether you're a meat lover, a seafood aficionado, or a devoted vegetarian, there is something for everyone on their menu. The wait staff is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, always ready to offer recommendations and ensure a delightful dining experience. The ambiance at Caffe Molise is both charming and sophisticated, with an inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The restaurant's attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the elegant decor to the soothing background music, creating the perfect setting for a memorable meal. To top it all off, the service at Caffe Molise is impeccable. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels special and well taken care of. Overall, Caffe Molise is an absolute gem that deserves every bit of its five-star rating. It offers a culinary experience that is second to none, with mushroom ravioli and vegetarian eggplant that will leave you craving for more. Really cool historic building and great atmosphere. Definitely need a reservation, or you can order at the bar. Nice wine list. Delicious food. 😋

This place is so wonderful! The food was fantastic! We ordered the butternut squash ravioli appetizer and it was so delicious I could have had 5 more plates all to myself. We also tried their scallops and sea bass, both came with an angel hair pasta with it's own sauce and it was divine. For dessert the creme brulee did not disappoint. Perfect smoothness under the crispy top. We also got the hazelnut mousse cake and it was so delicious. We've been to Voltaire's Ostería as well, and caffe molise is comparable, and not as expensive. I dare say that the food quality is the same at both. Make the reservation, it's delicious!

Food and service was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the price was not over the top. Both interior and exterior were clean and beautiful. I would come here again and recommend to my family and friends.

Industrial-chic bar & eatery offering regional, sustainable seafood plates in a historic building.
Reliable restaurant serving excellent food. I enjoyed the vegan cauliflower dish. I also like the fish taco. The fish and chips and shrimps and grits are good too. The seafood stew, mind you is a few pieces of expertly cooked seafood places on top of some sauce. Beautiful space. Great for dates!

Incredible ingredients and excellent preparation. Every item was fresh and cooked to perfection- some of the best seafood I've had in recent memory. Took 6 clients to dinner and everyone raved about their dishes. Service was a touch slow out the gate but decently attentive. Would definitely come back!

I was part of a large party for a work event, and I will fully admit that I was NOT excited because I am not a lover of seafood, being a native of a landlocked state with poor access to fresh fish. But I was SO pleasantly surprised! The burrata was fantastic and had an excellent flavor profile. I was brave and tried the clam dip, which was pretty tasty. The homemade chips were perfect. I have had salmon dishes I liked, so I ordered the salmon option and was so pleased with it. The texture was wonderful, and the flavors were delicious - no lingering fishy taste. All the vegetables were snappy and fresh. Bread was great. The wine offerings were well received by the party. Our server was kind of knowledgeable but seemed overwhelmed with other large tables, so things were a little on the slow side. Overall, great dinner experience.

We went on a Sunday night that happened to be mother's day and also my wife's birthday. The place was busy and overall looked nice. It's a pricy place but the food was pretty good. I ordered a Prime NY steak well-done but it came still with some pink, still most places don't know how to make a well done steak that is both tender and zero Pink but I enjoyed my steak. Appetizers were all excellent, we had the calamari and the octopus and the mussels. Clam chowder was also really good. Desserts were also yummy, we ordered the affogato and the chocolate cake. Drinks were awful though, we had the Pineapple Mimosa and you cannot taste the pineapple, they use a syrup and I had to asked for more. The champagne they used was also terrible. The peach drink was better but it too used the terrible champagne so it wasn't much better. The worse part of the experience, which was overall positive, was the restrooms. For a nice high end restaurant they had the worst restrooms I have seen in awhile. I would recommend the place for its food and the service was excellent.

Amazing dinner. Server Laura knew every detail of the menu and recommended exactly what we'd like. I can't imagine a better dinner for our visit to SLC. Started with cocktails and the bread which was to die for. The clam dip has big pieces of clams and was delicious. We both had the fish stew which we can't stop dreaming about. It's spicy, flavorful and nutty Thai flavors that perfectly accentuated the fresh seafood. I'll be back for that for sure. The dessert and wine complemented the meal. Such a great choice for fresh seafood in SLC.

Tasty, fresh food and very large portions. They got two of our orders wrong, only giving us lamb instead of the three meats that we had requested. However, the lamb was really good, so I didn’t even miss the other two meats. I enjoyed the variety of elements and flavours in my Berliner Bowl. The only objectionable thing was the slaw, which was noticeably bitter to me. If I had a Spitz near me, I’d be back to try other dishes.

I love this place. Always gotta order the street cart fries with meat added. They have bowls and other tasty things to their menu now and those are all good but the fries are my favorite. Even their sweet potato fries are crisp! My other go-to would be the Remix bowl for when I'm feeling "healthy."

Very trendy and popular place. The food was good, the prices were reasonable, and the server was super friendly. The only issue I have is with the cashier (the one with the shaved cut). There were no menus at the door and I couldn’t see the side options so I asked him what the options were. You can only assume I had asked him for his social security number because the passive aggressiveness just flew like water. The server that brought our food was super cool though. Overall good, just could do without the attitude.

Very tasty food, but never hot. All of the almost ten times I’ve eaten at the location, and ordered to go (tested for temp immediately in the car), only once had it been warm enough to pass the temp of food that’s just been made. If this is ok with you, then you’re gonna love it. If you like hot or even moderately warm food, it’s a bad sign, especially if you ordered a dish that has fried food in it (ex. street car fries) because cold fries ain’t it. The taste/flavor of food is very good though. Menu says olives (as in multiple), but there’s only ever one. That’s needs updated too.

Fondue restaurant chain offering heated pots of cheese, chocolate or broth for dipping & cooking.
We had a night out and celebrated our 1 year anniversary. The food was fresh and we loved everything we ate! We got the big night out which was a perfect amount for 2! The LOVE martini was good and so fun with the heart shaped strawberries. We seriously cannot complain about any of it. We also loved that the announce the celebration at the entrance on a screen. Our waiter (Steven) was awesome, did his job well and even ran outside after us bringing us our flowers we forgot!

We have always wanted to try it and we waited for a special occasion to do so. They did NOT disappoint. Our server Lucy was the best! The night manager was great she came and checked on us throughout the night. Love the atmosphere and the food. I would love to celebrate all the time with the Melting Pot! Wish I could give more stars 🤩

I've been wanting to try The Melting Pot for many years and I finally got to tonight, it did NOT disappoint! The portions were large, the food was fresh and everything tasted amazing. It's a little pricey, but worth it. And the alcoholic beverages were actually reasonably priced. We did the Wisconsin Cheddar cheese pot as an appetizer, it was really good. My favorite thing to dip in the cheese was the apples. For my salad I got the house with ranch, your standard house salad but it definitely needed more dressing. For the entrees we did the steak lovers and the land in sea. We did the pot with the canola oil and had batter and panko crumbs to fry the food in if we wanted. My favorite was the peppered steak and the salmon. The frying batter was DELICIOUS. The oil gets dirty QUICK and starts tasting burnt. We asked our server for a new pot of oil and he graciously gave us a new one. The new pot of oil also got dirty quick but we were able to fry the rest of our food to take home with no issues. For dessert we did the flaming turtle, it was absolutely amazing. I can't wait to try this place again.

Leah and Jenn were wonderful the entire night. I highly recommend coming here for dinner whether you’re visiting or local! We had an outstanding experience. Thank you again for those who make the Melting Pot amazing!

I loved food and service style but except waiter laughed at me when I expressed my drink was not what I wanted. I didn’t liked. Unprofessional.. Quality of food great. Hygiene rate 5* and fresh food. Flavors of cheese pot and chocolate fantastic. Clean air and tidy atmosphere. I visit again.

Unfussy option with a local & global menu featuring imaginative meat dishes, fish & desserts.
We had almost all of the small plates and a couple of the desserts. Everything we had tasted great. The ingredients were fresh and had unique combinations that went really well together. The presentations were beautiful. I loved that both desserts we had did not taste overly sweet. The key lime tart was amazing. I especially enjoyed the cardamom meringue topping on the tart. Also, I brought my 6-month old and they easily had room for her stroller in the outdoor patio area.

Finally found a high-quality, epicurean restaurant in Salt Lake! :) Arlo serves delicious, beautifully prepared dishes and has wonderful service. We sat at the counter and were able to watch the kitchen in action - everyone was meticulous in their preparation and the ingredients were all fresh and in season. Only criticism was the peach tart we had for dessert… it was just OK. But otherwise would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Arlo was suggested to us by the Innkeeper at our Bed and Breakfast, and we were so glad. The meal was excellent from beginning to end. The service was top notch, and the cocktail I had was also lovely. Don't skip the bread and butter, it was a highlight.

Went here to celebrate my father's birthday. And it was definitely worth it. We went all out and may have ordered essentially one of everything and each item was as delicious as the last. Modern atmosphere. Excellent staff. And for what it was, very reasonably priced. The menu changes up fairly often from what I gather, so will definitely be revisiting this place as the seasons change.

Visited from NJ, so we know good food. Walking in, the atmosphere was inviting, fun, and super contemporary. Almost like you were in an IKEA (that’s a good thing). Food was meh, we got multiple apps from their limited menu as well as the sausage and ravioli entree. Apps were good, entrees were just OK. The food did come out quick though and everyone there was super friendly and non-pretentious. Our waiter Dan was the best part. Prior to our reservation, I made a trip to the candy store and found the sourest thing I could find bc I like sour. I asked Dan to have one and he said yes. His sour face was sooooo funny lol. Great guy and amazing waiter. I would come back just to see his sour face again. Have a good night

Inspired New American bistro serving seasonal fare, cocktails & fine wines in the hip Hotel Monaco.
Always amazing service but even better food. The entire menu overhaul from top to bottom is extraordinary. Seasonal changes which lead you to picking something new almost each time you come. You won’t find any other fine dining restaurant in Utah that offers more locally (or regionally) produced & sourced ingredients. They can tell you the name of the local baker who makes the delicious sourdough bread, the servers can describe the way a cheese is made & how it tastes. Did I mention they also offer daily breakfast & weekend brunch items that are SO good. They will leave you full but wanting more.

Last night my husband and I had the opportunity to dine here with two other couples. The service was wonderful and our waiter was so informative and attentive. The food was so delicious. 2 of us enjoyed the almond crusted halibut, it lacked in flavor for me but my friend thoroughly enjoyed it. My girlfriend had the scallops, they were melt in your mouth amazing and the greens and pickled onions just made that dish come together wonderfully. My husband and another friend enjoyed the elk. He also ordered the Wagyu Roasted Potatoes and said the broccolini on his plate was the best broccoli he’d ever eaten. Two of us ordered the grilled watermelon salad, it wasn’t what I was expecting at all in the best of ways. The ambiance was perfect and we all really were impressed from start to finish with the whole experience. Would most definitely return again. Thank you!

This restaurant was beautiful just to sit in, but the food, service, and atmosphere took it over the top for me. They do have some seasonal options, so if you've been before go back and check out some of the other menu items.

Love our dinner here. They were so pleasant and the service was great. We shared several dishes and they brought each already split and plated separately. We had the goat cheese to start. The Caesar and venison steak. Everything was excellent. The drinks were great too! I had a whiskey sour.

Normally. I would post more photos or videos but when my steak basically came out cold that it wasn’t even worth taking a photo of. I also don’t like a place that slices my steak and bring it to the table. They “reheated” it and just ruined the temperature that was already wrong. Also the beignets were not that good. Don’t waste your money on it. Sadly I can recommend the place or the menu.
