Moulin Rouge one of the oldest restaurant situated at Park street Area. The ambience is sober and classy . The price of foods and drinks is not much expensive. The taste and amount of food is very good. Service is very good and staffs are humble and efficient. We ordered Grilled bhetki in white lemon sauce, which tasted great. We also ordered chicken bharta which was enough for two. The place was full when we visited.

That taste of chicken kebab was simply delicious. Sukha mutton was incredible. Service was kind and courteous. I have tried kebab in various places and was searching this kind of flavourful kebab. Met all expectations. the price of drinks are cheaper unlike other restaurants in parkstreet but they don’t serve snacks with drinks. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Old is gold 😃

Great food, great service. Pratap is a hands on owner, who takes great care of his guests. For example, we wanted to try local Bengali cuisine, and he curated a great menu for us.

The starter they recommended was a chilli chicken with lemon which is likely their speciality (That's what they said). But it was not good, so much ginger in there. Its literally in every bite. The drinks menu is fine, a little costly i would say but considering its park street. Its alright.

Oasis Restaurant on Park Street has been a great host like always, and has never failed to live up to the high expectations. This time we visited with some friends and families for a college reunion: had a very delicious and hearty treat with the soothing drinks, crispy fish fry, the out of the world sizzlers and the desserts, perfected with love . The service was great like every time. Had a great time with everyone at the Oasis. Especially the personal touch that Pratap da puts in interacting with us, suggesting the best of the menu for the day, and suggesting the portions etc , is the best takeaway. Thanks, will come back again

Firstly, the location is wrong here.Reach to the Sabyasachi Flagship Store from Southern Avenue via the road by the Vivekananda Park and from the Sabyasachi crossing turn right to find the restaurant at your right hand side few steps away. The place exudes classy charm. The ushers are courteous and they will help you through the menu. The menu has a wide variety of veg and non-veg options with some unique dishes on offer. The food is just lip smacking.Service is fast also.Overall a beautiful experience.

We had good service. Food can be better. Mutton taste was not up to date. Butter naan could be more soft. Mojhito and kabab was very tasty I will suggest that don't force your customer to review on google. If your service and food is good we will review good automatically.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bajara , and I must say that it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Located in the heart of Kolkata, this restaurant offers a unique and refreshing take on Indian cuisine. Ambiance: The moment I stepped into Bajara , I was captivated by its charming and elegant ambiance. The interior decor had a perfect blend of modernity and traditional elements, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The seating arrangements were comfortable, and the restaurant had a spacious layout that provided privacy while still maintaining a lively vibe. Service: The service at Bajara was exceptional. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and well-informed about the menu. They greeted me with a warm smile and promptly attended to all my needs throughout the meal. The waiters were knowledgeable about the dishes and offered helpful suggestions based on personal preferences, ensuring a personalized dining experience. Cuisine: Bajara specializes in Indian cuisine with a contemporary twist, and it certainly lived up to its reputation. The menu featured a wide variety of dishes from different regions of India, each crafted with attention to detail and unique flavors. I was particularly impressed by the restaurant's emphasis on using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, which elevated the taste and quality of the food. I started with the appetizer platter, which included an assortment of delectable vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The flavors were vibrant, and each dish had its distinct character. For the main course, I opted for the Butter Chicken and the Bajara Special Biryani. The Butter Chicken was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced in terms of spices, while the Biryani was fragrant, with tender meat and perfectly cooked basmati rice. The portions were generous, and the presentation was visually appealing. Overall Experience: My experience at Bajara was nothing short of excellent. The restaurant excelled in all aspects, from the ambiance to the service and, most importantly, the delectable cuisine. The attention to detail and the creativity showcased in each dish were impressive. It's evident that the chefs at Bajara are passionate about their craft and strive to provide an unforgettable dining experience. Whether you're looking for a place to enjoy a romantic dinner, celebrate a special occasion, or simply indulge in exceptional Indian cuisine, Bajara is a fantastic choice. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a memorable culinary journey in Kolkata.

Very good experience. I am really amazed by the food options, food quality, tastes, staff's humble behavior and overall a good atmosphere. went there to celebrate mother's birthday and it went so well. It is really great, the park Street branch. Also if you don't like any particular dish, they will make sure to make this again as per your need, recommendation and will serve you with politeness and hospitality is beyond imagination.

The nonveg buffets are good if you have a good appetite. The starters were very good at the BBQ.

One of oldest BBQN outlet of Kolkata with massive space. Service is always class leading. Recently, I went to celebrate special occasion & returned back with wide grin! 😊 Food: We opted for Non-veg. Starters again were the highlight. Especially the fried corn 🌽 is lip smacking. Grilled chicken leg piece & kebab were juicy. Leg piece was slightly spicy & extremely flavourful. Grilled fish could do with a bit more spice. In the buffet section, mutton curry & chicken Biriyani blown us away with optimised flavour & large chunks of meat. Chicken Biriyani surprised me with delicate potato & meat with flavourful rice. Also, the dessert section had plethora of options. For me, the moong dal halwa is the biggest takeaway. Gulab jamun was spot on as well. Ice cream was disappointing especially the Kulfi offerings. However, butter scotch & choco flavoured scoops were outstanding. 🙂 Price: You can avail offer from Nearbuy, Dine out or Eazy diner. I got Nearbuy offer price @750 or so. Parking: Could be a big issue for 4 wheelers. Remark: I wish an overhaul is needed to the dated interiors & a rather gloomy atmosphere, partly due to low luminosity of lights.

This brightly lit, modern space offers a menu of classic & popular Indian cooking.
Visited this place a couple of days back and really liked their quality of food. We had ✅ Chicken Biryani, which was good and the piece of chicken was satisfying 🔸 Chicken Reshmi Kebab 🔸 Chicken Tikka kebab Both the kebab I felt was a bit stiff, not much soft to chew.. taste was good though. The best dish I had over there was 🔸Chicken Tangri masala🔸 ✅ This was delicious, the gravy, the softness of the pieces , everything was perfect. This is a must try❤️

One of my most favourite restaurants located near College Streets in North Kolkata. I like their Biryani and Kababs especially their Chicken Angara Kabab is one of my favourites.

The place is one of best Mughlai restaurant of North Kolkata. The ambience was really awesome but there was no space inside, so we had to dine in the outside waiting area. Otherwise the food was really delicious at a very reasonable price. The Chicken Lolipop especially was lip smacking and outstanding in taste. Also the pieces of chicken was quite good and juicy. Crispy chilli baby corn was indeed a 'must try' here. Tandoori Chicken (Gravy) was so good and the juicy pieces literally melt inside mouth. Now coming to the Biryani (Chicken) was the star of the day, Sufi Palace caters one of the best authentic biryani in Kolkata. Firni here deserves a special mention.

Sufi Palace, a delightful Mughlai themed restaurant, offers a culinary journey that truly captures the essence of Mughal royalty. We started our meal with the special mutton biryani, a fragrant and flavorful masterpiece. The biryani came generously garnished with an egg and was packed with aromatic spices. It's worth noting that one plate of this biryani is a satisfying meal for a single person. However, for the price, we couldn't help but wish for a slightly larger portion. To satisfy our sweet tooth, we tried the firni, a traditional dessert that left a lasting impression. Creamy and not overly sweet, it was the perfect ending to our meal. The ambience at Sufi Palace is reminiscent of a bygone era. The décor is tasteful, and the restaurant exudes a regal charm. The well-maintained, clean surroundings make for a pleasant dining experience. One aspect that truly impressed us was the staff's behavior. The service was attentive, and the staff was knowledgeable about the menu. They were more than happy to answer our questions and assist with our choices, which added to the overall satisfaction of our visit. In conclusion, Sufi Palace is a restaurant that transports you to the heart of Mughal cuisine. The flavors are authentic, the ambiance regal, and the staff's behavior, satisfactory. If there's one area for improvement, it would be a slightly larger portion size for the biryani compared to the price. Nevertheless, a visit to Sufi Palace promises a memorable and delectable journey into the world of Mughlai cuisine.

Indian, Italian & Chinese fare offered in a casual space with bold colours & music-themed decor.
Last night around 9 P.M me and my friend have visited the restaurant and gave order of 1 plate chicken noodles and chilli chicken. They have taken the order 9.07 P.M and we have been waiting for than 15 minutes but order have not been placed at our table. We have requested them please ready our food within 15 minutes because we have to leave the place as we would return by metro and last metro was 9.52 PM from Rabindra Sadan. However, As food was not placed within 15 minutes, we left the place. When we left the place then their employees threatened us not to allow us to leave. And they gave a bill for ₹935 for 1 chicken noodles ₹319 and schezwan chicken which cost ₹619. They demand high value which is not mentioned is menu card. The experience was horrible. Please don't come to this restaurant anymore. You're not feel safe.

Good ambience. Great food and friendly environment to spend time with friends! Loved the atmosphere. We ordered jam house special platter which contained " Mushroom babycorn, French fries, potato wedges, hakka noodles, pasta, chilli paneer dry, American corn and pepper salt. Loved loved it!!!

Horrible experience for us. The management is so poor that there is no one supervising the employees. They barely gave us any service, we had to go pick the order ourselves and place it also. The worst, however, was the attempt to con customers by changing the prices at the time of billing. When confronted, the head manager berated the poor employee in front of us, and had the worst response ever. First, they refused to acknowledge their mistake, then tried giving us disproportionate remedies like free pizza the next time we visit (when the difference in the actual amount and the hill they presented was almost double), and then tried emotionally blackmailing us by saying that the money will be taken out of our server’s pocket. Hope they know this is legally incorrect and absolutely horrible behaviour.

Except for ambience, nothing else is good here. The customer service! They don't care how long you wait. They don't even remember what you ordered. It was pathetic. We were in hunger and thought of having good food with friends. Finally, when the last dish came, we lost our patience and was about to storm out, when they gave us half cooked meal. Really irritating how they behaved. Please behave accordingly if you want the customers to stay.

All the dishes we ordered, was really good. But I think , price wise the quantity is not sufficient at all. Ambience was really good. Stuffs are nice too. Over all it was nice. Visit here once
