Airy, upscale restaurant with global cuisine, drinks & a deck overlooking a lake.
I had the pleasure of dining at The Water Front, and while the culinary journey was satisfying, a few aspects stood out. The flavors of the food were undeniably good, although I must admit that the level of spiciness caught me slightly off guard. The diverse range of dishes offered something for every palate, and the chef's creativity was evident in each plate. The restaurant's ambiance played a crucial role in shaping the experience. The decor exuded a soothing and inviting vibe, creating a comfortable space to enjoy the meal. However, it's worth mentioning that the serene atmosphere was occasionally disrupted by the presence of mosquitoes, which was a minor downside. The highlight of the dining experience, undoubtedly, was the breathtaking view of Hussain Sagar. The shimmering waters combined with the distant cityscape created a picturesque setting that enhanced the overall enjoyment of the meal. The calming effect of the lake's beauty was a welcome contrast to the bustling city life beyond. In summary, my visit to The Water Front was a mixed bag. The flavorful food, although spicier than anticipated, was a delightful culinary exploration. The well-crafted ambiance was marred slightly by the presence of mosquitoes. However, the enchanting view of Hussain Sagar provided a sense of tranquility that elevated the overall experience. With some minor improvements, this restaurant could truly become a hidden gem for those seeking a memorable dining escapade.

The quality of the food served at the restaurant is commendable. The dishes are prepared using fresh ingredients, and the flavors are well-balanced and authentic. I particularly enjoyed their seafood offerings, which were cooked to perfection, showcasing the natural flavors of the ingredients. The attentive and courteous staff added to the overall dining experience, providing excellent service throughout my visit. The Water Front also offers a well-stocked bar with a wide selection of beverages, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. From signature cocktails to refreshing mocktails, there's a drink to complement every meal. The bar staff is knowledgeable and can assist in recommending the perfect beverage to accompany your chosen dish. Making a reservation in advance is highly recommended to secure a table and ensure a seamless dining experience. In conclusion, The Water Front Restaurant in Hyderabad offers a scenic and gastronomic retreat for food enthusiasts. Inside and outside ambience, both are good. Dinner is the best time to visit this place. We had lake side moon light dinner. Lollipops are tasty and good. Bit expensive but worth for place. Weekends but busy place. You will have to wait for service. Overall good experience place.

Average food, mostly everything they cook is out of readymade mix. Tastes ok. Beautiful ambience, no worry of mosquitoes and no worry of stench of water.

Indian & global dishes on a chic, garden-style rooftop with scenic views & a romantic vibe.
Went here with family for lunch. There were hardly anyone in the restaurant, even though it was a weekend! That was the first hint! Service was fast enough... Servers were attentive. We ordered some appetisers and mocktails... The malai kabab was decent... Rest of them were not so great! Very unimaginative... Mocktails were very costly, NOT worth the money at all... For such a restaurant, charging 500 for a mocktail is ridiculous! The veg fried rice was VERY dry and couldn't eat much... The mutton biryani was more like hardly cooked mutton mixed with rice... Very bland and tasteless (to give credit to the waiter, he did warn me that it's not hyd style dum biryani). The pasta was good, though they did add more sauce than needed. They didn't have the credit card machine working... And were asking me to pay cash... Finally they made me send money to their personal UPI. NOT GOING HERE EVER AGAIN.

So The Sky Kitchen: A fantastic spot with a delightful atmosphere and ambiance. Perfect for dining with friends and family, offering both open-air and air-conditioned seating. The food and drinks are quite tasty, with the chicken malai kabab as a personal favorite. Reservations are a must on weekends, but be prepared for slow service and less-than-ideal staff behavior & relatively very high prices. #SoTheSkyKitchen #DiningWithAView 🍗🌟

We had the pleasure of experiencing the delightful So The Sky Kitchen, situated in the heart of Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, with a captivating view opposite the lush green KBR Park. With two seating arrangements, indoor and outdoor, this restaurant offers an enchanting experience for food enthusiasts. Upon entering, the indoor ambiance and decor appeared rather ordinary, but as I ascended to the rooftop seating, I found myself immersed in a magical setting. Facing KBR Park, the rooftop dining area provided an unparalleled experience, as the cool evening breeze whispered through the air. The lively plantations and well-thought-out decor added to the overall charm, making outdoor seating with a view of the lush greenery the unique selling point of this establishment. The dim lighting and soothing background music added a touch of romance and tranquility to the atmosphere, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening. The staff at So The Sky Kitchen were exceptional - attentive, courteous, and well-groomed. Despite our large group, they displayed remarkable patience while taking our orders. The efficiency with which they served us was commendable, but it's worth noting that the service was a bit slow on the Monday evening we visited. The restaurant's menu is an amalgamation of vegetarian and non-vegetarian delights, primarily focusing on North Indian cuisine. While their Bhatti da Paneer and Malai Broccoli were mouthwatering, the Manchuria fell short of expectations. The main course, including the Paneer Curry, was decent but not outstanding. However, the Dal Makhni was an absolute highlight - rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. On the other hand, the Biryani and pasta left much to be desired. For dessert, the Chocolate Lava Cake with Ice Cream was a heavenly treat, ending the meal on a high note. The presentation of the food was impeccable, showcasing their attention to detail. The dishes exuded freshness, and the quality of ingredients was evident, promising a delightful dining experience. One of the key highlights of So The Sky Kitchen is the value for money it offers. The pricing is reasonable, making it accessible to a wide range of patrons without compromising on taste and quality. The restaurant maintained a high standard of cleanliness and adhered to strict hygiene practices, creating a pleasant and inviting environment for diners. In conclusion, So The Sky Kitchen is a hidden gem in the bustling city of Hyderabad, offering a magical rooftop experience that complements the delectable North Indian cuisine. While the Italian options might not be their strong suit, the restaurant's attentive staff, impressive presentation, and good value for money make it a worthy destination for food enthusiasts. If you find yourself here, be sure to explore their North Indian menu for a truly enchanting culinary journey.

Traditional Hyderabadi fare & drinks served in an opulent decor with outdoor seating & city views.
Had an outstanding dining experience here. Extraordinary service by the staff. And the food was delicious and rich. I've tried the Ghosht ka marg, Hari mirchi Ghosht, haleem, zafrani murg tikka, garlic naan, and their assorted desserts. I'd rate all of them 5 star except for the soup, soup would be a 3.5. This is not my first fine dining restaurant but this is definitely the best I've been to. The staff was very humble, kept checking on us all the time. I'd Definitely recommend dining here.

Unique dinner experience with a tour of the palace. Food was good overall but the biriyani was rather ordinary. Ambience and service was too notch.

The only reason I’m even giving one star is because I cannot give it zero. Let me explain why. This is the Taj Falaknuma palace, the epitome of the Nizam history and the essence of Hyderabadi culture. It is held to a higher standard than all other places. But this restaurant failed to meet even the standard that you can get outside from a street vendor or a local hotel. Food was terrible, absolutely horrid. The haleem was a disgrace to the wonderful city of Hyderabad. Next I had a nalli gosht, which is meant to be a classic dish. The meat on the gosht was hard as a rock whereas it’s meant to be soft. Biryani was tasteless. Chai was not up to mark. Service tried to recover by offering free pastry, but even that was stale. The funny thing is I am not the only one that was complaining about the food, there were others complaining in the restaurant as well. How can this be when we paid 13,000? A disgrace. The amazing evening at Falaknuma palace was ruined due to my experience here.

Stylish bungalow restaurant with teal & white decor, plus lake views & upscale Mediterranean fare.
Nice restaurant overseeing the Durgam Cheruvu lake, having a splendid view. Restaurant stands special, alone in the hilly lakeside. Although, its bit of expensive , the ambience of the entire restaurant is worth spending, having variety of sitting spaces, music and gardens. The cliff side is having candle light setup. I will rate less only for the variates of food in the menu. Food was good, price on higher side. I tried Pizza and chicken breast with rice. Lot of parking space is available.

A perfect setup for a feel of a place away from the city, the noise and the rush but still located in the heart for the city of Hyderabad. The place is setup on a hill side facing a lake. Give you the feel of a Goan cafe away from the crowd facing the backwaters. A very peaceful setup, light music, built across different levels as per the rocky hill terrain. And amazing ambiance created with the dim lighting and the pathway created to the sitting area and the light music Good Food with a small menu size. Perfect for a date or a small group of friends. A must visit dinner outing when in Hyderabad. Must try food items - Greek chicken, Potato mash, pizzas. Drinks - good brew options. Try the tasters to select your taste of beer.

Pre book way ahead in advance if you want outdoor seating. 👍🏼 Outside water is not allowed which I didn't like. 😐 Food is good not the best in town. The ambience is to die for. 😍 Definitely try their cheese cake, it's mouthwatering. 🤤

Cozy place. Situated with a beautiful and serene view of Durgam cheruvu lake front this place has to offer a wide range and variety of food. The ambiance is top notch and the food quality and taste is super good. Great place to visit in groups and instagrammable locations for photo freaks out there. Overall a fine dining experience. Also this place offers an open area for alcoholic consumables in a separate area distinguished from normal dining areas.

A well-maintained atmosphere, awesome ambience, lake view all they have. But for me, the foods were so so..we have tried different dishes there. And the prices are at the expensive side. Service is good, best part is the ambience, if you are sitting outside in the evening it will be a treat to your eyes.. We have ordered: 1. Spicy lamb pizza 2. Fish and chips 3. Roasted lamb with saffron rice 4. Kiwi apple delight 5. Polenta crusted Chicken tender If you are looking for a restaurant with a very nice ambience along with lake view and soothing music, go for it. You will never regret.

Plush yet casual eatery for European food, decorated with wall art from around the world.
Perfect Italian buffet in Hyderabad. As we have gone through a lot of buffets, CIBO will gives you the unique taste of grilled chicken and prawns. The green lemo fish was really amazing. The mushroom cheese balls will drive you crazy. What not probably my first buffet where I can give 5/5. Taste it and thank me later.

Visited for Sunday lunch, hardly 3 more tables are occupied. Being an Italian cuisine , not much of crowd on weekend. So , had a pleasant experience. + Quality and taste of food is 5*️⃣ + Staff is polite and service also very good but slow as they have to prepare on table serving items. - same menu is repeated for everyday for lunch and dinner - Just one toilet with washbasin inside. If the restaurant is full, people will be waiting in queue. - only two icecream flavours and that too not tasty, bland tasting. Other deserts are good. - Parking is available in cellar but limited, will be full in rush hour as the building hosts multiple businesses. Note that this is Italian/ Mexican style cuisine and as such for people accustomed with southern spicy food , this may taste dull (and salty). But it is what it is and if you go with open mind , you can savour the various items without bias .

Starters r good.not much for main course also as it's Mexican didn't like. Desserts also very few compared to other buffets.service is excellent, polite and quick service. It's a bit congested at the place of main course.overall experience is good.

The place is decent enough for small groups. The taste and quality of the food is really good. Chicken lasagna, spicy prawn, cilantro fish, caramel pudding and egg cheese cake were awesome and notable ones. Had a nice team lunch. The service was also good. The price was average and could have added some more main courses, especially non veg.

An array of classic Rajasthani plates offered in an airy environment with stylish accents.
Excellent ambience. Reasonable buffet pricing. Good place to hangout with family and friends. Wide variety of dishes. Sweet corn soup is a must try dish. Kids will love the different flavours of ice cream and the chocolate fountain. Live dosa counter, must try the banana dosa.

Food variety is good enough, however there is room for quality. Refills are pretty slow. Other than that they did a fantastic job over all and it was a nice experience for vegetarian. The furniture needs some upgrade because they look dated.

We were meeting family after a long time and this is out favorite location to meet. There is ample food options for a large group and seating is really convenient. Nityananda took real good care of us. He was prompt and made sure we were served well. I would highly recommend Ohri's Jiva in the Whitehouse building for family gatherings.
